To install, just drop 'js.jar' into your '/WEB-INF/cfusion/lib'
directory.  Not that it does NOT got in the "usual" location of
'/WEB-INF/lib', because of ColdFusion's weird classloading mechanism.

Then instantiate rhino.cfc and pass in the script to execute.
